This site, rosettalabs.xyz (the “site”), is operated by Rosetta Labs, Inc., New York, NY (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It describes our practices; it is not a contract.
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
When you email us, you share what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company and message. We use it to reply to you and to follow up on what you wrote about.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
We use an analytics service to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are clicked (including clicks through to Robotics Lender), how long pages take to load, and the type of browser and device. It sets a first-party cookie and keeps a small record in your browser’s local storage, both holding a random identifier, so it can recognise a returning browser and group the pages of a visit together; the cookie lasts up to one year. The service also receives your IP address with each request and uses it to estimate your approximate location (country and city) and to filter out automated traffic. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not use advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) to run and secure the site.
ROBOTICS LENDER
The site links to roboticslender.com, our robot financing site. The link tells that site you came from here. What you do there is covered by its own privacy policy.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To reply to you; to understand how the site is used and improve it; to operate, maintain and secure the site; and to meet legal obligations.
WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (such as hosting, analytics and email), who may use it only to provide their services to us; when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public; and in a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
RETENTION
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including any legal retention period, then delete or anonymize it.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@rosettalabs.xyz. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.
SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of what you send us.
CHILDREN AND INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We are based in the United States, and information is processed there.
